Services for School Districts
Long-Term Substitutes
Our district partners often come to us for staffing issues related to extended leaves of absence among their full time faculty. Using our network of educators, we are able to fulfill this need faster and with a high level of confidence that the teacher we recommend is qualified and certified for the position.
For long-term substitutes, Shoreline Tutors charges a per diem rate reflective of a given district's rate for similar employment. The district does not, however, incur any employment costs associated with conventional hiring. We will also take care of the candidate search and initial vetting.
